Service Description

- Planning & DOC File Google Drive Access to help plan until we take over - Event File Review meeting 6 weeks prior to your wedding. - Event Summary 5 weeks before wedding - Check ins leading up to the big day to ensure we are on the same page! - Communications with all final vendors to go over timeline for the wedding day. - Create a floor plan design. - Create a full day of timeline with all logistics. - Coordinating wedding party rehearsal (1 hour). - Wedding day coordination including: Vendor arrivals and set up, directing guests, directing wedding ceremony, directing special moments throughout the event (first dance, cake cutting, etc.), ensure all aspects of the day go well and be the main point of contact for all vendors through the end of the night.
