Once Upon a Fiesta, Inc. is our event rentals, decorations, planning & coordination company. The company that started it all and what we are most known for. Planning and Coordination has always been at the center of our company structure since its early beginnings, and paired with a full service decor, it is truly the best gift you can give yourself to make your event a successful one! It is managed by Lead Designer Josselyn Salas.
All Inclusive Events, Inc. started as Once Upon A Fiesta's first venue, and has now expanded to become so much more... it is in essence the cornerstone by which our network of Special Events Companies runs! We pride ourselves in being able to be as All Inclusive as our client's would like us to be!
Speaking about venues, we currently have 2 venues in our network and 3 more set to be operational by Summer 2024. Our first venue was originally called All Inclusive Events, Inc. and has recently been renamed "JoYCE Ballroom". It can hold 100 - 180 guests and is located in the Clearwater/ Dunedin area.
Right next to the JoYCE Ballroom we have our newest venue: "Moonstone Hall"! It was originally intended as a ceremony area for clients who wanted to have both ceremony and reception all in the same general area - it fits 100 guests seated ceremony style; however, we can also use it to host smaller events that have up to a 50 people guest count such as baby showers, micro weddings, and more. The lovely and outgoing Lieschen Flores coordinates tours and bookings here.
Next up is Tailored Treasures: Our personalized keepsake and customization department led by Creative Designer Alanis Morales. Choose from gorgeous acrylic invitations and signs to customized Bride Tribe Shirts and more!
Another fantastic addition to the team is Bridal Glam Co. led by Master Stylist and Makeup Artist Vanessa De Jesus. Get your glam on and feel beautiful no matter what you are celebrating, book a trial and see for yourself!

Our sole priority and existence is to make that special day seem as though it was taken right off the pages of a fairytale storybook. Happily ever afters are our specialty! We are passionate about helping our customers enjoy their special day from beginning to end- without the stress and the customary headaches that come with worrying about whether or not they are hosting the perfect party.
We are a one-stop event planner. We can provide you with references for just about any and all services that you may need as well as help you contract them. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, we know just how difficult it is to find great, affordable, and reliable vendors and just how big of a deal it is to have just the right team of professionals to bring the vision to life flawlessly! That is why we have done the hunt for you and have brought them on board on our team: from linen rental, venues, day-of venue decoration, wedding ceremony setups, fabric ceilings, uplighting, backdrops and wall drapping, DJ services, catering, tablesetting rentals (porcelain plates, wine goblets, etc), specialty cakes and cake dummies, photographer, videographer, tuxedo rentals, luxurious dresses for brides, quinceaneras, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, accessories and much more! If you can think it, we've got it or can refer you to one of our preferred vendors!
We know how stressful event planning can be, but with us, it doesn't have to be! With us, our clients can just sit back, relax, and enjoy their event to the fullest knowing that their storybook dream is well on its way to finally coming true!
